Associates in Corporate Psychotherapy is a specialized private group practice of psychotherapists working with career and work-related mental health needs of corporations, executives, and professionals.

We treat workplace mental health-related issues and we work with early to senior career-level professionals and high achievers who are experiencing stress, anxiety, and burnout, mild to moderate depression, and other career and life-related issues.

Psychotherapists

We are recruiting licensed psychotherapists to provide Telehealth services for our Private Group Corporate Psychotherapy Practice.

  • Licensed to practice psychotherapy in one or more of the following states: Virginia, Pennsylvania, or Washington D.C. 

  • Experience in private practice or group practice is preferred. Independent Contractors are welcome to apply.
  • Able to provide a minimum of 15-25 billable therapy hours weekly. 
  • Desire to participate in regular team case consultations and self of the therapist work. 
  • Interest in Psychodynamic and Analytic theory. Must have an area of treatment specialty and theoretical orientation.
  • Specialists trained and practicing in one or more areas: Anxiety, Stress, Burnout, PTSD, Trauma; Depression; Marriage and Relationship Counseling (conflict management applied to work); Career Counseling, Performance Coaching, Business Coaching,  Organizational Psychology, Executive Coaching.

  • Knowledge of one or more of the following: Psychodynamic/Psychoanalytically informed, Transference-Focused, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT); Trauma-Informed; Attachment Theory; Object-Relations; Drive Theory; Defense Mechanisms; Self of the Therapist. 

Salary Range: $65k-$90k+ based on minimum 25 billable hours and depending on experience, licensure, and billable hours provided.

Clinical Director

Position Overview: Associates in Corporate Psychotherapy is seeking a Clinical Director. The Clinical Director is responsible for the management and development of all clinical and leadership staff of Associates in Corporate Psychotherapy.  The Clinical Director must think globally and make decisions independently that promote growth for Associates in Corporate Psychotherapy.  The Clinical Director must also maintain a minimum clinical caseload of 25 clients per week to start with potential to decrease over time as number of clinical staff increases. This is a full-time position requiring 30+ hours of work per week. Salary Range: $75-$105k with additional income and growth potential. 

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in counseling or social work.
  • Active, unrestricted license (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC, etc) in the State of Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Pennsylvania (must be fully licensed). 
  • Prior experience in a private practice setting both as a clinician and in a supervisory or management role.
  • Make independent decisions regarding the management of the clinical and leadership team and direct reports.
