We are recruiting licensed psychotherapists to provide Telehealth services for our Private Group Corporate Psychotherapy Practice.
Licensed to practice psychotherapy in one or more of the following states: Virginia, Pennsylvania, or Washington D.C.
Specialists trained and practicing in one or more areas: Anxiety, Stress, Burnout, PTSD, Trauma; Depression; Marriage and Relationship Counseling (conflict management applied to work); Career Counseling, Performance Coaching, Business Coaching, Organizational Psychology, Executive Coaching.
Knowledge of one or more of the following: Psychodynamic/Psychoanalytically informed, Transference-Focused, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT); Trauma-Informed; Attachment Theory; Object-Relations; Drive Theory; Defense Mechanisms; Self of the Therapist.
Salary Range: $65k-$90k+ based on minimum 25 billable hours and depending on experience, licensure, and billable hours provided.

Position Overview: Associates in Corporate Psychotherapy is seeking a Clinical Director. The Clinical Director is responsible for the management and development of all clinical and leadership staff of Associates in Corporate Psychotherapy. The Clinical Director must think globally and make decisions independently that promote growth for Associates in Corporate Psychotherapy. The Clinical Director must also maintain a minimum clinical caseload of 25 clients per week to start with potential to decrease over time as number of clinical staff increases. This is a full-time position requiring 30+ hours of work per week. Salary Range: $75-$105k with additional income and growth potential.
